Signing Up with DreamHost

DreamHost changes the look of its home page regularly. Look for and click on "Sign Up NOW!
Click on Host a Domain
Select the payment plan. We usually do Yearly — works out to $10 a month, you can host unlimited domains, and DreamHost gives plenty of warning before they charge your card again.
Next is a list of options that improve the hosting; usually we skip them.

Choose how to configure the domain. Enter the domain name and a username.
Fill in your contact information.
This email and password will be your login to the DreamHost control panel.

Check the little "I agree to abide...." box, then Proceed to Payment.
After you submit your payment information, DreamHost will send you two or three emails with confirmation and configuration information.
